As expected, Chen of the Democratic Progressive Party won the reelection with 671804 votes, Female candidate Li of the Kuomintang got 248478 votes, Candidate Wu of the Taiwan People’s Party got 38960 votes.
We designate the Democratic Progressive Party (Green), the Kuomintang (Blue), and the Taiwan People’s Party (White).
We want to predict the political future of the parties.
Green dominates Blue by 423326, Green dominates White by 632844, and Blue dominates White by 209518.
Add 2020 to the first digit we get 2024, 2026, and 2036.
Taiwan’s third political power will not gain any political foothold until after 2024 and 2026.
If we designate even numbers as positive and odd numbers as negative, and then seek the sums, Green will dominate Blue until 2028, Green will dominate White until 2036, and it will take at least 8 years for White to gain political power against the Blue.
